1.
The Way We Work with Clients
What distinguishes
CSG from many other consulting
organizations – even those with a similar mission -- is that we work
with clients in a truly collaborative way. We have found that working
with clients in this way delivers significant benefits. It provides
the most effective way to uncover real problems and discover new and
better ways of working. Our experience has shown that it is also the best way to ensure the successful
transfer of knowledge and promote high levels of commitment whenever change
is undertaken. Lastly, the way CSG works with clients provides great value
because it promotes the likelihood of a successful transition to a
preferred way of working -- one based on well
established principals of collaboration -- that soon becomes the new
"norm."
2.
Our Core Values
-
Openness and
honesty: We
believe that openness and honesty are paramount in any consulting relationship.
Being able to tell our clients what they “need” to hear – not
what they “want” to hear – is the most valuable service we can
provide to any client.
-
Creativity and
innovation. We
believe that being receptive to new ideas in every aspect of our lives --
personal as well as professional -- makes us better individuals and
business partners. We want to be creative not only in the products and
services we develop, but also in the lives we live and in the way in which we
work.
-
Partnership and
collaboration.
We believe that individuals -- working completely alone -- often do not
reach the level of success achieved by those who work collaboratively with
others. Sincere, honest, and capable people who
work together are far more likely to achieve breakthrough results that can
make real differences.
3.
A Highly Effective Approach that Produces Extraordinary Results
Our approach is effective because it is:
|
Practical. |
Implemented in ways
that recognize the client's real needs and use a variety of tools,
methods, and technologies because being "practical" means
being open to many possibilities and relying on ones that best fit
specific client situations. |
|
Built on Real-World Experience. |
Based on a combined fifty-plus years of practical, hands-on experience working with
organizations in both the public and private sectors to facilitate change management,
provide training, and ensure human capital management
effectiveness. |
|
Carried out by Professionals
with the Right Mix of Skills. |
Delivered by
specialists who have the right combination of skills to make a
difference -- communications, assessment
analysis and design, team building, collaborative workplace
design, training and development, and change management skills. |
|
Situational. |
Designed
to support a variety of work situations from small groups and
business units to entire organizations. |
|
Results Oriented. |
Committed to the
use of a variety of measurement tools -- before and after change --
because knowing what's working and what's not is the best way to
stay focused on results. |

you're really ready to make things work! |
