many consultants, CSG works with clients in a highly
collaborative way to ensure a seamless and transparent process of
shared creation. This means we work closely with members of the client
organization and, whenever appropriate, with their customers, to
understand where they are (their current state) and where
they’d like to be (the desired state). We continue to
work collaboratively as we help our client to formulate an effective plan
for making the desired transition.

changes needed in order to make a successful transition from the
organization's current state to the desired new
