Generic corporate programs may provide an overall context and timeframe for assessing the performance of IT professionals, but because of the unique and specific roles and responsibilities assigned to IT management and staff, customized assessment tools are often needed.

CSG works with IT management to develop customized assessment tools for IT based on established job families, job progressions, and competency models specific to the IT function.  Clients can jump-start the development process using CSG's generic models or their own.
