CSG
provides a variety of courses designed to improve the ability of staff at
all levels to interact effectively with colleagues, customers, and
business partners.
Generic versions of
all of the programs are available. However, some degree of customization is recommended to
ensure that examples and activities are relevant for actual participant
groups and that the training targets real weaknesses and addresses
situations that management wants to see strengthened and/or improved. Fees for customization vary according to the nature and scope
of changes requested.
